1. About Xcortly
Xcortly is an advertising and directory platform. We publish profiles submitted by, or collected about, independent service providers. We do not employ, manage, or supervise any provider, and Xcortly is not an escort agency. Xcortly does not itself offer any service described in a listing and is not a party to any arrangement between users and providers.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use Xcortly. Every individual depicted in a listing is represented to us as having been at least 18 years old at the time any photograph was taken. If you believe a listing depicts someone under 18, contact us immediately via the Contact page so we can investigate and remove it.
3. Membership
Paid membership unlocks full contact information for listed services. Memberships are activated manually by our team after payment confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
Weekly memberships expire after 7 days. Lifetime memberships do not expire. We do not offer refunds once a membership is activated.
4. Referral Programme
Xcortly operates an optional referral programme. When you share your referral link and a friend signs up using it, the following applies:
- New user (your friend): Always receives +7 days of free membership when signing up via a referral link.
- Referrer (you): You earn +7 days of free membership for each friend who joins, provided your own account was created within the past 30 days. After 30 days, your friends still benefit from your link, but you no longer receive the personal bonus.
- Your referral link never expires — you can share it at any time.
- Self-referral is not permitted. Using your own referral link will not produce any bonus.
- Referral bonuses are added automatically once your friend completes signup. Xcortly reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through abuse or fraudulent activity.
5. Listings
Users may submit their own listings for review. All listings are reviewed by our team before going live. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing without notice.
By submitting a listing, you confirm that all information is accurate and that you have the right to publish it.
6. No Liability for Contact or Meetings
Xcortly does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listed provider, the accuracy of any listing, or the legality of any service described. Any contact, arrangement, or meeting between a user and a provider is solely between those parties. Xcortly is not responsible for the conduct of any user or provider, or for the outcome of any contact or meeting arranged through the platform.
7. Compliance with Local Law
Laws relating to the advertising and provision of adult services vary by country and region. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Xcortly, and any service you seek or provide, complies with the laws applicable to you. Xcortly may restrict or remove access to listings or content in any region at its discretion.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Reviews and content must be honest and not defamatory.
