They begin with curiosity, good conversation and the feeling that perhaps staying for one more drink isn’t such a bad idea after all. NYC. New York rewards people who know how to enjoy it. The gentleman who chooses the corner table instead of the one in the middle of the room. The one who notices the piano melodies in the background. The one who stays for another glass of wine because the conversation became unexpectedly good. Those are usually my favorite people. I’m Anna Revelle. I appreciate beautiful hotels, old bookstores, late dinners that somehow turn into midnight walks and the kind of chemistry that makes you forget to check your phone. I laugh easily. I ask questions.
